Step 3 — Spend the smallest unlock pack that fits the job
When the wallet has credit again, open the gated app only with a defined pass—5 minutes for a quick check, 10 or 20 only when you have a reason. Custom packs are for intentional sessions after the anger has cooled.

- For walks: motion/activity permission and battery optimization not killing tracking.
- For camera workouts: full body in frame, enough light, finish the set.
- Confirm you are looking at Today’s wallet balance, not an old expectation from another day.

Do not disable Accessibility out of anger. Take a one-minute pause, complete the shortest earn you will finish, and unlock with a 5-minute pack if you still need the app.
Can I unlock without earning?
Not in the honest loop. The gate exists so distraction costs movement. Freemium is meant to let you try earn → unlock; it is not unlimited free access to blocked apps.
